Lip Rally has a thin protective layer that acts as a coat to keep the stick fresh until use. Make sure to work through this top layer to get to the sugar granules underneath. Gently swipe back and forth across the lips 2-3x. For extra exfoliation, use your ring finger in circular motions after application. Let the sugar crystals dissolve or wipe away the excess. Water is not necessary.
